hausInvest Receives 2011 €uro Fund Award

Each year, the German magazines €uro and €uro am Sonntag honour the best three investment products in their asset class with the €uro Fund Awards. The decisive criterion is the respective performance within a certain period of time. During the most recent award ceremony, hausInvest scored first place for a three-year period and second place for the one-year period in the “open-ended real estate funds” category.

Year on year, the fund’s annual return on investment equalled 3.3% by the end of December. The ROI for the past three years equalled 12.9%.
